Life Legacy
Warner Robins, GA: Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” E. Tyson, 78, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 10th, 2012. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 12th, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 13th, 2012 at 3:00 PM. Interment will be in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Dot was born in Houston County on June 19th, 1934 to the late Mr. Harrison Robinson and Minnie Peacock. Dot was predeceased by her husband Glen D. Tyson and grandson Robbie Wedincamp. Dot was a charter member of Friendship Baptist Church. Dot was involved in making quilts for our military veterans. Dot is survived by her children, Glenda Tyson of Gardiner, MT, Susan (Bobby) Wedincamp of Warner Robins, Glen Tyson, Jr. of Ponte Vedra, FL, Sister Anna (Zack) Lovorn of Warner Robins, Grandchildren, Amanda Albritton and Michelle Traxler. Also surviving are Great Grandchildren, Aiden Traxler and Savannah Traxler. Flowers will be accepted however, donations can be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
