Jeffersonville, GA- Cynthia Faye “Fruitcake” Wilds, 65, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, July 18, 2021, 3:00PM at the First Christian Church in Warner Robins. A visitation for family and friends is scheduled Sunday, from 2:00 to 3:00PM, one hour before the service at the church. Burial is private.
Cynthia was born September 1, 1955 in Macon, Georgia to the late John Evans and the late Cleo Evans Stokes. She retired as an administrative assistant from the Grand Lodge of Georgia F. & A. M. after more than twenty years of service. Cynthia loved fishing, feeding the hummingbirds, and taking pictures to post on her Facebook page. She was an awesome wife, a great cook, and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Cynthia leaves behind her husband of fifteen years, Jim Wilds; children: John (Jeanetta) Stokes of Byron, Michael (Cherie) Stokes of Centerville, Amanda (Dale) Hayes of North Carolina, Jason Wilds of North Carolina, and Josh Wilds of North Carolina; sister, JoAnn (Earl) Chester of Warner Robins; grandchildren: J.T. Stokes, Brandi Stokes, Savanna Gowin, Olivia Gowin, Hunter Cloud, Tyler Hayes, and Rosalie Wilds; niece, Brooke Chester; nephew, Josh Chester; her father-in-law, Jim Wilds, retired soldier; former husband, Tommy Stokes; and her fur babies: Muttimous B. Dog, Toot, Samson, Dottie, and Dee Dee.
