Obituary of Joe Perry Cash

Warner Robins, GA: Joe Cash, 77, passed away Friday, March 19, 2004. Services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday in the chapel of Rowan McRae Funeral Home in Boaz, AL with burial in Union Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Cash was born in DeKalb County, AL to the late Alford E. and Bertha Majors Cash. He was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church where he was a deacon, a former boys R.A.leader and a member of the Brotherhood men?s group. He was retired from Robins Air Force base were he worked in material maintenance. Mr. Cash was in the W.W.II conflict while in the U.S.Navy. Survovrs include his wife, Elaine P. Cash of Warner Robins, son, Perry A. Martha R. Cash of Birmingham, AL, 2 granddaughters, Lydia M. Cash and Holly J. Cash both of Birmingham, AL and many other relatives and friends. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 4406, Macon, GA 31208 , in memory of Mr. Cash. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
