Obituary of Ellen Esther Yozviak

Centerville: Ellen Esther Yozviak, 75, of Centerville died on Wednesday June 16, 2004. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the mausoleum at the Magnolia Park Cemetery. Father Fred Nijem will officiate. Mrs. Yozviak, a native of Middletown, PA, was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Kochmer Leach. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and worked at Elberta Elementary School for several years. She was also preceded in death by John Yozviak, her son, and Christopher Yozviak, her grandson. Survivors include her husband John J. Yozviak of Centerville. Children: Evelyn J.S. Parkerson of Hawkinsville, Michael Yozviak, Mary Ellen Eddie Taylor all of Warner Robins. Sisters: Pat Wise and Mary Requena both of Pennsylvania. Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A Rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Thursday followed by a time of visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
