Obituary of Earl B. Litchfield

Warner Robins, GA: Earl B. Litchfield, 73, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2005 at Serenity Gate. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Monday at Andersonville National Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation will be from 7 until 9 PM Sunday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Litchfield was born in Charleston, SC to the late James and Emily Miller Litchfield. He was an avid golfer and a member and a former marshall at the Landings Golf Club. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a MSgt. and while in the military for 23 years he served in the Korean conflict. Mr. Litchfield was also retired from Robins Air Force Base as a superintendent in the personnel department. He was of the baptist faith. Survivors include his wife Carol W. Litchfield of Warner Robins, 2 step sons Blake Debbie Smith and Ronnie Brenda Smith both of Kathleen, 2 granddaughters Jana Smith and Kelly Smith, brother Robert Kat Litchfield of Mt. Pleasant, SC. Contributions may be made to the Hospice of Houston County at 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
