Obituary of Phillip Park Wyatt

Warner Robins, GA- Phillip Park Wyatt, 71, passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on Friday, July 13, 2018 as a result of congestive heart failure. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, July 19, 2018 in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00PM to 2:00PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Warner Robins. Reverend Andy Pickens will officiate. Mr. Wyatt was born on September 3, 1946 in Murray, Kentucky to the late Sam and Martha Wyatt. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1969 to 1987 as an aircraft maintenance officer. He later went on to work in civil service at Robins Air Force Base where he retired as a System Safety Engineer in F-15 management. Mr. Wyatt was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was active in numerous Masonic and Shriner organizations throughout Middle Georgia. He was a high school football official for many years and enjoyed reading, golf and raising cocker spaniels. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Wyatt is survived by his wife, Evelyn Wyatt (Miner), Warner Robins; sister, Robbie Faye Moore (Patrick), Hixon, TN; two sons, Kevin Wyatt (Aimee), Murfreesboro, TN; Brian Wyatt (Jennie), Nashville, TN; step daughter, Erin Griffin, Lacey, WA; step-son, Riley Kirkpatrick (Olive), Athens, GA; 9 grandchildren; several cousins; one niece and Sadie his dog whom he loved dearly.
