Obituary of Joseph Michael Vizzini

Warner Robins, Ga – Joseph Michael Vizzini, 89, went home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2018. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00AM on December 4, 2018 in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. A visitation with family and friends will be held from 6:00PM-8:00PM on December 3, 2018 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. Mr. Vizzini was born on June 9, 1929 to the late Samuel and Lillian Vizzini. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and Naval Reserves. After being raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, his family moved to Warner Robins, Georgia in 1946 where he later graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1947. Mr. Vizzini then moved to Miami, Florida where he worked for American Automotive. He later came back to Middle Georgia and went to work for Robins Air Force Base as the NAF funds Manager where he retired after 26 years of service. Mr. Vizzini’s hobbies were camping, boating, fishing, bowling and motorcycling. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years, Faye Vizzini; brother, Sal “Tippy” Vizzini. Joseph is survived by his children, Michael A. Vizzini and Michele A. Vizzini; grandson, James M.
