Obituary of Ruth Naomi Davis

WARNER ROBINS, GA- Ruth Naomi Davis, 94, passed away Friday, January 18, 2019 at her home. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2019, 3:00PM in the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at 2:00PM, one hour before the service. Burial will follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Davis was born June 26, 1924 in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania to the late Chloe and late Carrie Bair. She worked for the Sears company in catalog sales. Ruth was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and the Asbury Sunday School Class. She also held memberships in the Order of the Eastern Star, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, and served as a Pink Lady for 22 years at the Houston Medical Center.

In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Franklin Davis, Sr.; son, Carl Franklin Davis, Jr.; daughter, Darlene Fross; and one great grandchild.

Ruth’s memory will be cherished forever by her daughter, Kathleen Cooper (Ross) of Milledgeville; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
