Obituary of Patricia "Pat" Ann Sirmans

Byron, Ga - Patricia Ann Sirmans, 70, went home to her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 10,2019. She passed away at home with her loving family after fighting a long battle with cancer. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 13,2019 at Byron United Methodist Church. Visitation with the family will be one hour before the service from 10:00AM to 11:00AM on July 13,2019 at the church.

Patricia was born on December 19,1948 in Douglas, Georgia to Dorothy and Johnnie Taft Junior. She was a member of Byron United Methodist Church. She retired from JCPenney as a hairdresser after 28 years. After retirement she was self-employed at A&E Styles continuing to do what she loved with her many loyal customers. She loved to travel to new places and camp with her loving husband of 52 years Joseph (Joey) Sirmans. She was a loving wife, mother, and Nana who will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her father, Johnnie Taft Junior.

Her loving memory will forever be cherished by her husband, Joseph (Joey) Dale Sirmans Sr; son and wife, Joseph (Jody) Dale Sirmans Jr and Teresa Michelle Moss Sirmans; daughter and husband, Jennifer Dawn Sirmans Mitchell and Joseph (Jody) Brian Mitchell; grandchildren, Bobby Brett Mitchell (Caroline), Joseph David Sirmans, Morgan Elizabeth Sirmans, Emily Catherine Sirmans, Joseph Zade Mitchell, and Benjamin Grant Mitchell; mother, Dorothy Taft; sister, Janice Taft McKinnon (Doug); brother, Johnnie Robert Taft (Debra); many other loving family members.
