Obituary of Herbert "Rocky" James Mercado

Warner Robins, GA., GA- Herbert James “Rocky” Mercado, 72, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00PM on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Christ Chapel in Warner Robins. Pastor Richard Jones will officiate. Burial will be private.

Rocky was born on September 12, 1946, in Tampa, Florida. He proudly, faithfully and honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a loving, father, grandfather and brother and will be missed.

His memory will forever be cherished by his 3 children, Rafael Mercado (Karen), Florida; Richard A. Mercado (Judith), Alabama; Royce Ward, Dublin; 11 grandchildren, Mari’, Rafael, Mateo, Sebastian, Genesis, Rodney, Ryane, Riley, Richie, Anthony and Cassandra and 3 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Ralph Mercado and Franklin Mercado both of Florida; 1 sister Grace Sizemore, Florida.
