Obituary of Jeannie M. Phillips

Warner Robins, GA- Jeannie M. Phillips, 52, passed away on September 17, 2019.  Services will be private.

Jeannie was born on March 17, 1967 in Los Angeles, California to Donald G. Phillips and Millicent J. Baumgartner. She was a CNA at a local nursing home.  Jeannie painted houses for other people and loved gardening herbs and flowers. She believed in natural healing. She was a loving, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be greatly missed. Her father, Donald G. Phillips and two brothers, John (Lewis V.) Henshaw and Matthew Welcher precede her in death.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her daughter, Heather Watters (Vicente Campos, JR.); mother, Millicent Gendron (Michael), Brooksville, Fla; grandchild, Vicente T. Campos; brothers, Mark Welcher, Michael Welcher (Diane), Thomas Phillips (Elizabeth); and several nieces and nephews.
