Obituary of Charles Allen Caum

Macon, Georgia – Charles Allen Caum, 33, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. A Memorial Service honoring Charles life will be held on Saturday, October, 24, 2020 at 11:00AM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. A private interment will be held at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Charles was born on January 8, 1987 in Walton County, Georgia. Charles had a true passion for automobiles and for life. He loved everyone he met and would talk to anyone who would listen. He was an avid family man who loved being surrounded by those he loved. He will forever be remembered for his will to help others in their time of need no matter the situation nor time. Charles truly believed in serving which he proudly did in the United States Air Force for four years. He will forever be remembered as the jokester of the family who lived life to the fullest every day.

Charles is preceded in death by his beloved grandmother; Jayne Caum and Grandfather; Ronald Lee Shilts.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved parents, Laura Shilts Caum and Joseph Caum; Siblings, Joseph Caum (Ashley), Mary Jayne Caum, and Laura Lee Caum; Nieces’, Jorgie Mae Caum, and Shiloh Caum; Nephew, Collier Lee Caum. He is also survived by his grandparents, Mary Ann Shilts, Robert Joseph Caum, and Glenda Caum  and a host of extended family members and many friends.
