Obituary of Patrick D Harris

Patrick “Pat” David Harris, 69, passed unexpectedly at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, GA on November 6, 2020.
He was born on November 1, 1951, in Albany, Ga to Calbraith Butler Harris, Jr, and Barbara Burbank Harris. Pat is survived by his 2 brothers, Michael Harris (Margaret) and Jack Harris (Donna), and his sister, Kathy Harris.
He was predeceased by his spouse, Deana Lynn Harris. He is survived by his daughters, Brittany Gutlon (Josh), and Deanna Utz, and his son, Chris Utz (Tonya), his 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Pat is also survived by his long-term companion, Marcia “Skeeter” Smith.
Pat enjoyed selling produce and peanuts as a hobby in the community at Pat’s Place. He was the former manager of the Sports Center in East Albany and a long-term employee of Fisherman's Headquarters in Sandy Bottom. He graduated from Albany High School, Class of 1970 and was a proud member of the Albany Swim Team.
A service of remembrance will be held Monday November 16th at 2:00 PM graveside at Crown Hill Cemetery. Rev. Andrew Kornegay. More information is available on the Kimbrell-Stern website at https://www.kimbrellstern.com/
