Obituary of Betty Lewis

Betty Lewis, age 82, passed away May 9, 2021. A celebration of her life will be held May 15, 2021 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home at 2:00 PM. A graveside service will follow at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Friends may greet the family, Friday, May 14, 2021 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home between 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM.

Betty was born on January 31, 1939 in Lawrenceburg Tennessee to the late Turner Belew Gibbs and Ethel Davis Gibbs. Betty is also preceded in death by her husband, William Lewis, son, Randle Ashmore and daughter Valerie Bourne and grandchildren Daniel Lewis and Dustin Goddard.  She enjoyed shopping, decorating, but most importantly her beloved family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister who will be dearly missed.

Betty Lewis is survived by her children, Ronda Andrews, Rodney Ashmore, William Lewis, Paul Lewis, Pam Hand, Jerry Lewis, Candy Kelly; grandchildren, P.J Lewis, Kohn Ashmore, Victoria Cabasares, Jessica Cox, Kaitlan Pelham, Jennifer Ashmore, Brandon Hand, Avery Goddard, Jessica Lewis, Jeremy Lewis, Rachael Ferguson, Walker Kelly, Kendyl Kelly; great-grandchildren Janslee Andrews, Makenzie Andrews and numerous other great grandchildren; siblings Linda Williams, Janice Hemby, Jim Gibbs, Jane Martin, and Deborah Dale.
