Obituary of Bobby Hendrix

Warner Robins, Georgia – Bobby Hendrix, 74, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. A Memorial Service honoring Bobby’s life will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 6:00PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 5:00PM. 

Bobby was born on January 3, 1947 in Americus, Georgia to the late Annie Pearl Robertson and General Jackson Hendrix. Bobby was a simple man who loved the outdoors who could often times be found on the water with his boat trolling for crappy and catfish. When Bobby was not on the water, he could be found at McConnell Talbert Stadium cheering on the Warner Robins High School Demons Football team. Bobby was a long time member of the WRHS Touchdown Club and in fact, he was a season ticket holder the last 50 years. Bobby will forever be remembered for his smile and his caring personality.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved daughter, Gloria Howell; Siblings, Jerry Hendrix, Sybil Westgor, Reba Crawford; grandchildren, Mikayla, and Dylan;Stepson, Ricky Archibald. Bobby is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and many extended family members.
