Obituary of Douglas Donnel

Douglas Charles Donnel, age 61, passed away September 7, 2021. A service will be held at a later date.

Douglas was born on May 20, 1960 to the late William Donnel and the late Frances Donnel in Butler, PA. Douglas is also preceded in death by his brother, Bill Donnel. He was, without exception, the greatest fanatic of the Miami Dolphins. He enjoyed listening to Bob Seger, and working in the yard he landscaped himself. His energy and enthusiasm were legendary.

Douglas is survived by his son, Stephen (Nikki) Donnel; grandchildren, Sarah Donnel, Joshua Donnel, Zachary Donnel; fiancé, Christine Montgomery; siblings, Robert (Judy) Donnel, Curtis (Kathy) Donnel, Karen (Russell) Ottney; and a host of extended friends and family. He was loved by many and he will truly be missed.
