Cynthia Marlow

Obituary of Cynthia A. Marlow

Cynthia A. Marlow walked into her Lord and Savior's arms Monday, January 16, 2023 at the age of 80 years old.  A Memorial Service honoring the life of Mrs. Marlow will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023, 2:00 PM in the Warner Robins Church of Christ. Cynthia was born July 23, 1942 in Dublin, Georgia to the late Ned Marlow and Guynelle Fordyce Marlow.  Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Samborski; and brother, Ned Marlow.

Cynthia took great pleasure in traveling and could even say she visited all 50 states and several countries abroad. While traveling, Cynthia enjoyed to collect numerous amounts of hats.  She was a devoted charter member at Shirley Hills Baptist Church and attended the Donnie Black Sunday School Class. She enjoyed listening to the beautiful hymns and joyful messages.  Cynthia retired from Robins Air Force Base after a 27 year career as an Analyst and Support Specialist with the F-15E aircraft.  Her weekends were filled with Georgia Bulldog football and meals at the Huddle House with her beloved friends.  She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
She is survived by her son, Marc (Becky) Marlow; beloved companion, Ned Sanders; step-granddaughter, Tabitha (Jordan) Jones; step-great-grandchildren: Levi and Axl; distanced granddaughter, Kelsie (Daniel) Mullis; and her beloved children; Iris Rose Mullis and Silas Allen Mullis; and a host of extended friends and family.
