Obituary of Naomi Esther Franklin

Centerville, GA: Naomi Esther Franklin, 71, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2005. Memorial services will be at 3:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with visitation from 2:00 PM until service time. Burial will be private. Ms. Franklin was born in Sioux City, IA to the late Martin George Ludwig and Dorothy Opal Smith. She was preceded in death by her sisters Geraldine Jeri Wallace, Betty Lou Ludwig and a brother Craig Ludwig. Ms. Franklin was a member of the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church and was a retired electrician from Robins Air Force Base. Survivors include her daughters Cathy Spencer and her husband John and Katie Wayne and husband Robert, grandchildren Rob Spencer and wife Molly, Wendy Edwards and husband Chris, Brandy Newman and husband David, great grandchildren Jenilyn Edwards, Haleigh Newman and Lexie and Austin Spencer, sisters Bernice Clark of Minneapolis, MN, Marjorie McKenna of Desert Hot Springs, CA Connie Miller of Boise, ID, Louanne Krouse of Sedro Wooly, WA and Jeanette McAdams of Sioux City, IA. Contributions may be made to the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church at 336 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088 or to Hospice Care Options at 1125 Walnut Street, Macon, GA 31201 in memory of Mrs. Franklin.
