Obituary of Kenetha Ann Barger

Warner Robins: Kenetha Ann ?Nena? Barger, 49, died Tuesday December 27, 2005. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Shirley Hills Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Rev. Andy Cook will officiate. Mrs. Barger, a lifelong resident of Warner Robins, was the daughter of the late Hazel Ross Dempsey. She was a member of Shirley Hills Baptist Church, a media specialist at Windsor Academy in Macon and had helped establish the medical libraries at Houston Medical Center and Mercer University.. She was a graduate of Warner Robins High School, Middle Georgia College and Mercer University. Survivors include her husband Alan Barger of Warner Robins. Children: Jesse Barger and Sara Barger all of Warner Robins. Siblings: Van Dempsey of Warner Robins, Sonya Beecher of Oak Park. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
