Obituary of James Lott Gibbs

Kathleen: James Lott Gibbs, 85, passed away on Tuesday June 13, 2006. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. His nephew Minister Walton Gibbs will officiate. Mr. Gibbs was born in Ty Ty to the late John and Jimmie McMillan Gibbs. He was a member of Westside Church of Christ and was retired from Robins AFB. Survivors include his wife Catherine Gibbs of Kathleen. Children: JoAnn Gibbs of Perry, Amy Charles Beasley of Ft. Valley, Randy Nita Gibbs, Glen Teresa Gibbs all of Kathleen. Sister: Judy Johnston of Tifton. 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
