Obituary of Richard Wayne Doherty

Warner Robins: Richard Wayne Doherty, 77, died Wednesday August 10, 2005. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery. Rev. Sydney odom will officiate. Mr. Doherty, a native of Philadelphia, PA, was the son of the late James and Anna Crwford Doherty. He was retired from the US Air Force and Robins AFB. His children Evelyn Marie England and Janet A. Hamon preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Ruth B. Doherty of Warner Robins. Chirlden: Vonnie Alva Keeton of Kingston, OH, Cheryl Jeff Snay, Richard Doherty II all of Warner Robins. Sister: Marcie Doherty of California. 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
