Obituary of Lure Walker Kay

Warner Robins: Lure Walker Kay, 82, passed away Saturday April 21, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Rev. Andy Hammack will officiate. Mrs. Kay was born in Boaz, AL to the late Bobby and Ethel Oliver Walker and was the widow of Edward Kay. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she also attended the Willing Workers Sunday School Class and the Keen Agers. Survivors include her sons: James Kay of Griffin, Travis Kay and Tim Kay both of Warner Robins. Siblings: Raymond Walker, Fred Walker, Ralph Walker, Christine Conley, Dora L.. Busbee, Wilma Adams, Irene Reeves and Ruth McPeters. Five grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity. The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm Sunday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
