– Marjorie Mosely, 93, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 31, 2018. Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 10:00AM in Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A Visitation will be held Friday, September 7, 2018 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. Graveside services will be held at Mosely Family Cemetery in South Bibb County. Mrs. Mosely was born on October 4, 1924 in Macon GA to the late Thomas and Rebecca Edwards. She proudly served her country in the United States Army. Marjorie married Hugh Thomas Mosely on July 1947. Together they owned and operated Mosely Auto Parts for 32 years while raising 8 children. She loved her Lord and Savior, gospel singing and attending church. She was a wonderful cook and best known for her Sunday dinners. Marjorie was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Hugh Thomas Mosely, Sr., 2 sons, Hugh Thomas Mosely, Jr., Jonathon Mark Mosely and 2 brothers. Her loving memory will forever be treasured by her children, Marjette Grissom (Ken), Cedar Bluff, Alabama; Jeremy Mosely, Crawford County; Susan Poole, Macon; Nancy Bernard (William), Warner Robins; Martha Waid (Joe), Macon; Joanna Winn (Darrell); 24 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Karen Harty Mosely; sister, Dorothy Minchew (Henry).
