Obituary of John G. Craig

Warner Robins, GA- John G. Craig, 61, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. A memorial gathering will be held from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday October 22, 2018 Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. At the request of the family, Interment will be private. Mr. Craig was born on March 10, 1957 in Johnstone, Scottland to Walter and Ellen Craig. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, and fishing. Mr. Craig was full of life and known for his easy going spirit and helping others. He loved children and interacting with them. He was very social and everybody he came in contact with loved him. John loved all types of sports, especially all the Chicago Professional sports teams. He was a loving, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle who will be greatly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Craig and sister, Eileen Lamparski. His memory will forever be cherished by 2 sons, Jason Craig, Cypress, Texas; William Ian Craig, Statesboro; 7 grandchildren; mother, Ellen Craig, Chicago; sister, Angela O’Conner, Chicago; and several nieces and nephews.
