Obituary of Arthur Green Mathis

Warner Robins: Arthur Green Mathis, Sr., 67, passed away on Friday February10, 2006. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Rev. Tim Millwood will officiate. Mr. Mathis, a native of Worth County, was the son of the late Jess and Florene Moore Mathis. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife: Peggy Mathis of Centerville. Sons: Arthur G. ?Art? Lisa Mathis Jr. of Centerville, Otis Daniel ?Dan? Lana Mathis of Warner Robins, Kim Chad Day of Byron. Siblings: Charles Mathis of Arlington, Janie Little of Cordele. Grandchildren: Craig, Brittany, Taylor, A. J. Mathis, Gabe Day, Hannah, Jonah Bembry. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
