Obituary of Harvell Woodcock

Hawkinsville, GA; Harvell G. ?Woody? Woodcock, 77, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM Thursday. Pastor N.B. Goss will officiate. Mr. Woodcock was born in Millen, GA to John Gresham and Annie Hodges Woodcock. He was a member and deacon of the Faith Baptist Church and he was retired from Home Depot in retail management. Mr. Woodcock was a veteran of the National Guard of Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Marlena Marie Stone and his seven brothers and two sisters. Survivors include his wife; Marguerite Woodcock, Hawkinsville, GA; Daughters; Judy ?Charli? Jim Mitchell, Warner Robins, GA; Jane Darrell Trimboli, Orlando, FL; Becky Hunnicutt, Iuka, MS; Marie Mike Sanders, Warner Robins, GA; Sons; Donnie Woodcock, Orlando, FL; Gene Debbie Chitty, Eustis, FL; Wayne Linda Chitty, Port St Lucie, FL; Sisters; Leona Kell, Martinez, GA and Lola Bill Ray, Rincon, GA, 14 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren and five Great Great Grandchildren. The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Vista Care Hospice @ 319 Margie Dr., Warner Robins, GA, 31088, in memory of Mr. Woodcock. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
