Obituary of John M. Lambert

Warner Robins: John M. Lambert, 61, passed away on Tuesday April 29, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday at Trinity United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at 2 PM at the Georgia War Veterans Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA. Rev. Bill Bagwell will officiate. Mr. Lambert was born in Leominster, Mass. He was a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and Springfield College. He was retired from the US Air Force and Robins Air Force Base. He served as a C-130 Navigator during Vietnam where he earned the Distinguished Flying Cross. He was also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir and various quartets. Survivors include his wife Marty Lambert of Warner Robins. Children: Jennifer Jeff Edmunds of Tampa, Ethan Carrie Lambert of Warner Robins. Mother: Claire G. Lambert of Warner Robins. Brother: David Lambert of Bellows Falls, VT. Granddaughter: Alana Lambert. Memorial contributions may be made to Cherished Children, 511 Myrtle St., Warner Robins, GA 31093.
