Obituary of Jimmie V. Spell

Warner Robins, GA: Jimmie V. Spell, 62, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2008. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, August 8th, in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with entombment in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 7 until 9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Spell was born in Quitman, GA to the late Aaron Void Spell and to Margaret Watson Spell. He was also preceded in death by a brother Aaron Spell and two sisters, Hilda Rich and Doris Long. He served four years in the United States Coast Guard, later retired from Robins Air Force Base as a pipe fitter after 24 years of employment and was a member of the Warner Robins Moose Lodge. Survivors include his children, Tonya Spell, Shane Spell and his wife Shane, Kerrie Daniel and her husband Harold, Mandy Spell, Travis Spell and his wife Ann, and Katie Spell. He was a wonderful grandfather to Brandon, Tyler, Carleigh, Alex, Cort, Heather, Jordan, Garrett, Seth, Hope, Kiya, Danicah, and Kasen, three brothers, Buster Spell, Sam Spell, William Spell, two sisters, Sue Phillips and Mattie Grace Dickerson. Heritage Memrorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
