Obituary of Mona Geneva Davis

Byron, GA: Mona Geneva Davis, 87, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2006. Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday in Green Acres Baptist Church with burial in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Davis was born in Irvine, KY to the late Salem and Susie Cottman Curtis. She was also preceded in death by her husband Harold Lee Davis, Jr.. Mrs. Davis was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church, a former employee at Peachbelt Health Care Center and a homemaker. Survivors include her sons Charles B. Davis of Spring Hill, FL, Randy E. Davis of Springfield, MA, daughter Geatta Sue Peterman of Warner Robins, brother Otis Curtis of Winchester, KY, sister Claire Curtis of FL, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Contribution may be made to Hospice of Houston County at 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088, in memory of Mrs. Davis. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
