Obituary of Norvel H. Sovine

Centerville, GA: Norvel H. Sovine, III, 41, passed away Sunday April 19, 2009. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 until 9 PM Friday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. W. K. Price, II will officiate. Mr. Sovine was born in Hudson County, NJ. He was the son of Norvel H. Sovine, II and Phyllis Hill Sovine. He was a graduate of the 1985 class of Northside High School where he played football and was a former employee of the Anchor Glass Company. Survivors include his sisters, Michelle Monte of Centerville and Phyllis Dunbar of Charleston, WV, brothers, Keith Marsh of Alpharetta, GA and Ronnie Sovine of TX. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Liver Foundation @ 75 Maiden Lane, Ste 603, New York City, NY, 10038-4810, in memory of Mr. Sovine.
