Obituary of Adelina Elisa Don Ludwig

Warner Robins, GA: Adelina Elisa Don Ludwig, 83, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Ludwig, parents, Giulio Don and Elisa Don Ormenese and brother, Renzo Don. Adelina was born in Fossalta di Piave, Italy, on June 11, 1926. A native of Italy, she was involved in Veteran’s Day services at Fort Benning, GA honoring Italian POWs of World War II in the absence of their families. Survivors include her brothers, Armando Don Edda and Mario Don Silvana of Italy, son, Jacob Ludwig Ana of Warner Robins, GA; daughters; Mary Minick Randy Helms of Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth Edge Carol Hodges of Savannah, Cathy Brenner Rocky of Byron, GA. also eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to Vista Care Hospice 319 Margie Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088 or to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund, 300 South Davis Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088 in memory of Mrs. Ludwig. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
