Obituary of LaDonna Lynn Hazen

Warner Robins, GA: LaDonna Lynn Hazen, 46, passed away on July 2, 2209 very unexpectedly. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Monday at the Bible Baptist Temple. Burial will be private. Mrs. Hazen was born in Wichita Falls, TX. She was a homemaker and she attended Bible Baptist Temple. Survivors include her sons, Justin and Cody Hazen, mother and step-father, Elsie Lewis and Bill Winsper, father and step mother, Homer and Roberta Douglas, siblings, Danny Brenda Douglas, Steven Douglas and Anna Robinson, Karen Lonnie Brewer, Judy Michael Harmon, Tina Russell Mimbs, Robert Laurie Douglas, Billy Darcie Winsper, Heather Douglas and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mrs. Elsie Lewis @ 411 Lakeshore Dr., Warner Robins, GA, 31088, for funds set aside for Mrs. Hazen two children. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
