Obituary of Claudine Peacock McCorkle

Bonaire: Claudine Peacock McCorkle, 77, passed away on Thursday October 8, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Rev. Jay Tucker will officiate. Mrs. McCorkle was born in Wayne County, GA to the late Crawley and Frances Waters Peacock. She was retired from Robins AFB and a member of the Bonaire United Methodist Church, The Daughters of the Nile and The Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband Harry A. McCorkle of Bonaire. Son; Col. Harry Stephen Pia McCorkle of Germany. Sister; Evelyn McCain of Warner Robins. Grandchildren; Ashley McCorkle and Mackenzie McCorkle. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bonaire United Methodist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 7, Bonaire, GA 31005. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
