Obituary of Tommy Ray Williams

Bonaire: Tommy Ray Williams, 65, passed away on Thursday July 20, 2006. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Bonaire United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Bonaire Cemetery. Mr. Williams was born in Tinsman, Arkansas to the late Preston and Edna Williams. He was retired from the US Air Force and attended Bonaire United Methodist Church. He was the Assistant Fire Chief with the Bonaire-Kathleen Fire Department for many years. Survivors include his wife Maysel Williams of Bonaire. Children: Jimmy Dena Williams of Thomson, Brenda Geoff Dale, Sherry Vince Holsenbeck all of Bonaire, Ricky Vicky Williams of Tyrone. Sisters: Mary Frances Leech and Opie Grace Grisham. 13 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry St., Macon, GA 31201. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
