Obituary of Dewey Dawson Williams

Milledgeville, GA: Dewey Dawson Williams, 81, passed away on Wednesday April 7, 2010 in Annapolis, MD. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Mr. Williams was born in Coffee County, GA. He was the son of the late Dewey L. Dawson and Ida Mae Whitehead Williams. He was also preceded in death by his wife Wynelle Watson Williams. He was a retired electrician with Electrical Union IBEW with 35 years of service. Mr. Williams was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Survivors include his children Sharon Martin of Lancaster, PA, Patricia Beachy of Pasadena, MD, Bonnie Spears of Severn, MD, Craig Williams of Glen Burnie, MD, grandchildren Diana Majewski, Shannon Nogule, Kristie Hobgood, Christina Williams, Jay Beachy, Caryn Williams, Ashley Nogule, Jessica Martin and great grandchildren Alexus Scott, Carleigh Nogule, Madison Schwemmer and one stepson Brydron Suggs. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Association @ 2788 Riverside Dr., Macon, GA 31204, in memory of Mr. Williams. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
