Obituary of David Faulk

Bonaire: David C. Faulk Jr., 35, passed away from a heart attack on Saturday September 11, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 7 PM Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Perry. Bishop Webb and Jack Hildebrand will officiate. Mr. Faulk was born in Macon and was a graduate of Northside High School. He was preceded in death by his mother Wendy Faulk. Survivors include his father David C. Faulk of Bonaire. Children: Isabella Fox and Noah Faulk. Sisters: Vida Michael Kane of Huntsville, AL and Ashley Steven Dyer of Centerville. Grandmother: Louise Edwards. The family will greet friends following the memorial service. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
