May the family find comfort in knowing that Dorothy is safe in the memory of God, who will remember every detail about her and bring her back to Paradise conditions here on the earth. The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it ( Psalm 37:29). We pray that this promise from our creator brings comfort to the family.

Thank you for being my mom. We are happy and sad. Christmas Day will hold an even greater magic now and I love that you chose that day to go on to your next grand adventure. Bil and are glad that we could be with as you took those last gentle breaths. I love you, mom. You rest easy. I'll take it from here.

Marilyn, I just tonight heard of Aunt Dorothy’s passing and was sad to hear of it. My parents had been here at my house on Christmas Day, and I had missed the news. She will be missed. I was always fond of her visits to Tennessee with Uncle Merwyn. I admired her many passions in life. I will always remember my trip to New England with her, her paintings and square dancing. She lived well and got a lot out of life. She had a great journey. I will be thinking of you and remember her.— Jeff Reed
