Obituary of Sue S Schrimshire

Sue Stribling Schrimshire , 82, went to be her Lord and Savior on July 28, 2019. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00PM on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church at 336 Carl Vinson Parkway, Warner Robins, GA 31088, PH# 478-922-1418. Reverend David Brighton will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to service from 2:00PM to 3:00PM.  Burial will be private, for family only.

Sue was born in Marks, MS and has lived in Florida, Iowa, and Georgia. She graduated from Perry High School, married Merlin L. Koth, and moved to Aurelia, IA. There, they had two children, Andrew Paul and Regina Joy. She worked as a teller at a local bank. The family moved back to Warner Robins in 1969. DeShon Alicia was born several years later. Sue worked as a civilian at RAFB for much of her life. Retiring in 2001, she returned to work at Midsouth Federal Credit Union as a teller, which she greatly enjoyed. Sue loved playing bridge with several clubs in Warner Robins and gardening. She attended and volunteered at the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Warner Robins. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Andrew P. Koth, 2 daughters, Regina K. King and DeShon K. Sandifer (Dereck); 3 beloved grandchildren, Tyler Addison Atkinson, A’driana Grinnage, and Dereck Joaquin Sandifer.
