Obituary of Kenneth Joseph Luwisch

Kenneth Joseph Luwisch, age 74, passed away July 14, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. The friends are welcome to greet the family on Tuesday, July, 26, 2022 between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM. A graveside service will immediately follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery. 

Kenneth was born in New Orleans on February 21, 1948 to the late John Henry Luwisch and Adrian Roberts Luwisch. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Freddie  Luwisch, Robert "Bobby" Luwisch, and Wanda Loeffler; nephew, Donald Luwisch. 
Kenneth was a proud United States Air Force Veteran who continued to serve his country at Robins Air Force Base as a Civil Servant. He enjoyed deconstructing and reconstructing electronics and most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family. 

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bernadette Luwisch; children: John Henry (Joni) Luwisch, Sr., and Edna Moncrief (Mo Jacobs); grandchildren: Barbara Soft, Marie Soft, Johnny Luwisch, Jr., and Joy Luwisch; nephew, Johnny Henry Luwisch; nieces: Judy and Lourie, and a host of extended friends and family.
