Obituary of Joni M. Johnson

Joni M. Johnson passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2023. She was 64 years old.  Honoring Joni's wishes, all services will be private.  Joni was born October 28, 1958 to the late Mr. Joseph Johnson and Mrs. Betty Tucker Johnson.  

Joni was a former instructor at Central Georgia Technical College in the Information Technology department.  She was currently working for Unicon, Inc., providing support to Cisco Networking Academy as a curriculum and assessment specialist.  She held a degree in Risk Management and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science.  Aside from devotion to her career, she was devoted to her family and dog as well.  Lady, her fur baby, could do no wrong and was the queen of the house.  Joni will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sister, Sherry (Terry) Scarborough and a host of extended family and friends.
