Obituary of Martha Pearl Ogletree

Martha Pearl Ogletree, 91, went to be with her Lord and Savior September 8, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. A visitation will be held at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, Monday, September 11, 2023 between 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A celebration of her life will be held at Church of the Nazarene,  4192 Hartley Bridge Rd, Macon, GA 31216, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM. A committal service will immediately follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. 

Martha was born in Byron, GA to the late Owen and Annabelle Rigby on August 18, 1932. Martha was a devoted member at the Church of the Nazarene where she enjoyed worshiping. Martha also enjoyed her time working at Southern Heritage and John Wesley Villas. During her down time she could be found watching Fox News and Sean Hannity. Martha was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, and dear friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Martha is survived by her beloved children: Ernie Ogletree, Kenneth (Connie) Ogletree, Renee Gibson, and Diane (Roger) Pearson; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, and a host of extended friends and family.
